Banats is the story of growing up with responsibility that never pauses. Of being expected to be strong, loyal and capable, often at your own expense. Of navigating the demands and expectations of the world around you while being made invisible.

But in Banats the girls also take up space, with pride. They step out of the shadows and speak on their own terms. They refuse to be reduced to roles, stereotypes or silence, and it is time the world recognised the strength they carry.

This is an exhibition about resistance, sisterhood and power. About being seen, being heard, and owning your own story.
